I don't know if you're being facetious but it was rather broken and lame until this 0.1 version today. Now it works OK.

If you want microblogging now, here's the easiest way to do so. Even though it may be in the "early" version numbers, you will have a functioning microblog up and running in less than 9 minutes (depending on several factors like database setup and typing skills). Really, the install is quite easy if you set up a WordPress blog before and you'll be off and ready to begin your own community.

Hi Brian,
I hope to get help here. We have tried to install OMB in two ways:
1st via the installation manual
2nd via code stylist.
Both times the result was bad. I do not get any further after the installation and log-in, picture cannot be uploaded and data cannot be saved. The text cannot be typed and published. Moreover, alterations on the admin page cannot be saved (it always leaps back to the personal profile mask).
Friends and Pages cannot be edited.

Could you please tell me what the reason for the faults is? And how could I manage to get on? Is there any chance to have it installed from your site onto our server for a donation?

Hi Jergan,
sorry for your frustration installing OMB. I have let code stylist get out of date and i will do something about that.
if you look at our Forum http://openmicroblogger.org/discuss/ the 7th message mentions how to set the "password" mode by changing a setting in the config file. Did you try that yet?

@zvrki no it is not made of WordPress that is incorrect. it is compatible with WordPress themes, though, so maybe that's why you're confused.
